The above picture is Pokerouge map route in the game. The bottom left corner is the initial map, and then you can enter the corresponding new map according to the route guidance. Some maps may have route distribution, and you may enter different new maps each time. You can refer to the following map to determine your location on Pokerouge map.mapThe biome changes every 10 waves, and if the player has a map item, they can choose the next biome from any possible options. Some options may not necessarily appear, as shown by the colored lines. You can learn more about the biomes and map mechanics in this map.

For example:

From the grassland (top left of pokerouge map), there is a 50% chance that Fairy Cave will be one of the next biomes:

  • If players have a map, they have a 50% chance of choosing between Fairy Cave or Plain, and a 50% chance of directly going to Plain.
  • If players don’t have a map, they have a 75% chance of going to the plain and a 25% chance of going to the Fairy Cave.

The arrows in the figure represent different probabilities of encounters, with blue representing 50%, yellow representing 33%, red representing 25%, and purple representing 12.5%.

Pokerouge Biome Cycles

The world of PokéRogue is intricately connected, allowing players to return to a biome after initially traversing it. By utilizing strategic movement, it is possible to quickly revisit a biome and hunt for specific Pokémon within that ecosystem. This page outlines the most efficient pathways to revisit every biome in the game, with the exception of the Town area, which remains inaccessible once left.

Pokerouge maps presented here depict various cycles within the game world. Each shaded region represents a distinct cycle, where following the transition arrows around the perimeter of the shaded area would lead you back to the starting point. As these cycles intersect and overlap with one another, multiple maps have been created to illustrate all the relevant cycles and their relationships.

A green dot displayed on a biome indicates that the corresponding cycle shown is the quickest path to revisit that particular biome. Conversely, the absence of a green dot on a biome signifies that its fastest cycle is depicted on one of the other maps. Every biome has at least one optimal cycle, but some biomes have two equally fast cycles that can be used to return to that location.

The final pokerouge map route cycle shown is the quickest path for revisiting the Desert and Ruins biomes. However, this cycle is tied in speed with an alternative cycle depicted on the previous map, which is also an optimal route for the Desert and Ruins biomes. Due to the overlapping nature of these two equally fast cycles, a separate map was required to illustrate this alternate route.

Pokerouge Rare Biomes

Certain biomes in the game are exceptionally difficult to access, even with the aid of pokerouge Map. There is no guaranteed route to reach these pokerouge biomes, so the best approach is to repeatedly revisit the surrounding biomes that might lead to them until the desired path becomes available.

Five biomes fall into this category: Island, Wasteland, Fairy Cave, Space, and Laboratory. Of these, Island, Fairy Cave, and Laboratory each have a single access point, making it straightforward to grind and return to their respective entry points: Beach for Island, Meadow for Fairy Cave, and Factory for Laboratory.

In contrast, Wasteland and Space can be accessed from two different biomes, resulting in more complex routes if players wish to return to their access points. For both of these biomes, the quickest path is to revisit the Abyss. However, if players prefer to explore more of the map while maintaining a swift pace, the following routes involve looping between the two access points instead of solely returning to one.

This Pokerouge map allows players to reach both of Wasteland’s access points once every 12 biomes traversed. While this route is slower than the direct return to Abyss twice, it provides the opportunity to visit additional biomes along the way, including Mountain, Volcano, and Sea, among others.

Pokerouge map route Space

This Pokerouge map route involves a cyclical journey between the Meadow and Abyss biomes every 11 biomes traversed. Along the way, you will also pass through the Desert and Forest biomes, as well as the Fairy Cave if the coin flip is successful. While this route visits a biome that could lead to the Space biome approximately 1.5 times every 11 biomes, which is slower than the Abyss loop, it offers greater diversity in the biomes encountered during the journey.
